How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

Step 1: Send an email to privacy@nidamiye.com
Step 2: Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
Step 3: Include your full name and the email or phone number associated with your Nidamiye account

What Happens After You Request

We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.

Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of your request.

You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Data We Delete

Your account and profile information
Your organization and property data
Your tenant and payment records
Any uploaded documents or files

Some data may be retained where required by law, such as financial transaction records.
